Valentine Book Marks

Mark My Words

Use a laser printer to print a short message on a sheet of translucent vellum. Cut a piece of red-and-white card stock to size. Trim vellum to fit the card stock, making sure the message is centered. Layer the vellum over the paper, punch a small hole at the top, and bind both sheets with a length of

Coordinating satin ribbon.

Photo Accordian

Photo Booklet

Who doesn't love getting pictures? This easy-to-make card doubles as a picture frame. Fold it flat for mailing; unfoldl it for display. Plus, it's made with inexpensive supplies you probably already have at home.

Cut an 8-1/2-x-11-inch sheet of patterned card stock in half lengthwise. Tape together to make one long strip. Accordion fold every 4 inches. Center a photo in each square and attach with tape or photo corners. (You'll need five photos trimmed to 3-inch squares.) Punch a hole in the back for ribbon. If you like, tie on a scrapbooking charm.
